Re: Problem z ODBC SequeLink

Witam,
Mogę zgadywać per analogia do NTka, bo nie znam się na SUNie.
SequeLink składa się z dwóch części serwerowej i klienckiej.
Do działania należy zainstalować serwer podając mu gdzie jest Progress i
jaki port TCP ma używać do komunikacji (default chyba 5000). Następnie
uruchamia się na serwerze usługę SequeLinka.
Po stronie klienta instalacja jest typu naciśnij 5 x Enter.

Z opisu moim zdaniem może wynikać.Coś jest nie tak z ustawieniem portu TCP,
port jest ustawiony, ale nie działa aplikacja na serwerze (chyba trzeba
stworzyć jakiś skrypt startowy - powtarzam nie znam się na SunOS) ->
najbardziej prawdopodobne.

Witam szanownych grupowiczow!

Mam pytanie... Czy ktos wie w jaki sposob nalezy skonfigurowac driver
ODBC Seque Link zeby udalo sie polaczyc z baza Progress...
Test polączenia wyrzuca mi następujacy komunikat :
"The connection has been refused  by the TCP/IP stack of the remote host.
Probable cause : no application is listening  on the TCP port specified.".

Dodam tylko, ze serwer bazy chodzi na Sun OS 5.7. Wersja serwera bazy
jest 8.2C.
Natomiast koncowka jest na Win98.
Driver ODBC: INTERSOLV 3.10 32-BIT SequeLink  wersja 3.10.03.00
