I wold like to connect to the Progress Database using TCP/IP

This is error message I get:

** Could not connect to server for database forpay, errno 0. (1432)

I have next configuration:

Progress v. 7.3C01
Client:  W95 OSR2
Server: Novell NetWare v. 4.12

When I connect by SPX everything OK.

Can anybody help me?
